About Kevin Warner

Urged on by his oldest sister, Linda, Kevin joined the real estate industry in 2016 and has enjoyed every moment working with his sister and helping people with their real estate goals. Together, as a rare brother sister sibling real estate duo, they work together on every transaction, offering their clients exceptional life-long sales, organizational, and negotiating skills. He is a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and has achieved its highest Million Dollar Guild Level. Also consistently earns Super Real Estate Agent from Twin Cities Business and Mpls/St. Paul magazines.

 

Kevin has over 36 years of national sales experience in the baking industry and owned Pappy’s brand Frozen Pie Crust Dough for 24 years until selling in 2022. 

He grew up in a relocation family as the middle child, moving regularly with his parents, 3 sisters, and brother. Attended high school in Sioux City, Iowa, and college at The University of Northern Iowa, studying Communication/Speech-Radio and TV. Married to Julie for 34 years, they have two daughters and four grandsons. Interests include time with the family, travel, scuba diving, and enjoying all that downtown Minneapolis living has to offer.
